Two new garage doors have earned Clopay® a Gold Award for Innovation from the editors of Home Builder Executive.

Clopay's Coachman® Collection 2" polyurethane insulated steel and composite carriage house garage door and the Canyon Ridge® Collection Ultra-Grain® Series were both recognized for their durable, low-maintenance, innovative design, and superior energy efficiency.

Both doors provide the look of natural wood without the upkeep. Clopay’s use of innovative construction materials and foam-injected polyurethane insulation help reduce maintenance costs and promote energy savings.

The Coachman Collection

Clopay recently added a 2" thick polyurethane insulation option with an R-value of 18.4 to its Coachman Collection, doubling the thermal performance of a polystyrene insulated door of the same thickness.

Fifteen carriage house designs with optional windows, decorative hardware and four paint colors are available to complement a variety of architectural styles.

The Canyon Ridge Collection Ultra-Grain Series

Clopay recently expanded its Canyon Ridge Collection Limited Edition Series faux wood door line, introducing an equally attractive and more economical version called the Canyon Ridge Collection Ultra-Grain Series.

It features a 2" polyurethane insulated steel base door with Ultra-Grain, a durable, natural-looking, woodgrain paint finish. Stained Clear Cypress composite overlays are applied to the steel door surface to create beautiful carriage house designs. It, too, has an R-value of 18.4.

The 1/2"-thick cladding overlay material is molded from actual pieces of Clear Cypress wood to replicate its natural texture and intricate grain patterns.

The Canyon Ridge Collection Ultra-Grain Series is available in fourteen panel designs with a choice of windows or solid top sections in two finish colors: Medium and Walnut.
